Requirements

Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Excellent computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels inside and outside the company
Excellent decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, respect for personal dignity and rights of employees
Interest in fintech and services, motivation for the position
Reasonable understanding of the company’s business, technical, financial, and organizational structure
Preferably basic knowledge of applicable legislation in financial technologies/services
Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems (Linux an advantage)
General IT support experience including user laptop provisioning, maintenance, user account provisioning and deprovisioning (considered a plus)
Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira for ticket-handling (a plus)
Past experience in IT support or similar technical role (a plus)

Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from internal users submitted through internal systems or in-person interactions
Assist with hardware provisioning and deprovisioning processes and manage asset inventory records
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across endpoint devices
Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices
Perform user account provisioning, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts
Escalate unresolved technical issues to Senior IT staff
Participate in IT projects, including developing automation workflows, implementing AI services, performing housekeeping tasks, and other initiatives
Participate in IT security initiatives, including patch management and adherence to security protocols
Execute additional tasks as needed to ensure successful fulfillment of the above responsibilities
