Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform work under general direction from site IT leadership
  • Provide production shift support and address IT-related requests
  • Follow incident management process and resolve application and network issues
  • Coordinate fact-finding and business impact assessment
  • Initiate incident management process to coordinate issue resolution
  • Provide troubleshooting for device and network connectivity issues
  • Perform asset management, patching, and software installation using corporate IT tools
  • Perform remote device management and user support
  • Build clients (PCs, Laptops, printers, wireless devices)
  • Perform hardware refresh and repair (break-fix)
  • Swap network switches
  • Power up/down infrastructure equipment
  • Perform user and device administration using Active Directory Security Groups
  • Complete assigned minor IT projects/tasks
  • Participate with cross-functional teams
  • Propose new initiatives and deliver solutions
  • Recommend process improvement opportunities
