Requirements

BA/BS degree preferred in IT, MIS, or similar field (alternative degree with certifications/experience considered)
4+ years of experience working in an IT department or providing IT services in a Windows environment (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, MS Office, basic networking knowledge, etc.)
Strong interpersonal communications skills and ability to interact with non-technical users
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize work effectively, organize work, and track progress
Dedicated to achieving goals and meeting commitment dates
Reliable transportation to the assigned office in San Jose to be on time for shifts and on-call duties
Ability to travel
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40lb (any other physical requirements)

Responsibilities

Provide high quality technical support to associates in a Windows environment, troubleshooting and resolving a variety of issues, and providing basic network and system support while working with responsible colleagues to maintain the infrastructure
Manage the lifecycle of tickets (incidents, service requests, change requests) through resolution or escalation while using Daily Management to ensure Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator targets are met and constantly improved
Participate in and potentially lead projects at the local, regional, and/or global level, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
