Requirements

Work onsite 4 days a week at Medtronic facility in Fridley or Mounds View, Minnesota
Ability to travel approximately 5% for collaboration and project completion
Deep understanding of technical application design, system landscape, architecture, and interfaces to/from other systems
Experience managing a service desk team, including performance management and daily operations
Knowledge of pricing and contracting systems and solutions

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service desk team to deliver high-quality support for first-level business requests and operational tickets
Manage team performance, oversee daily operations, and drive continuous improvement in processes and customer service
Act as primary liaison between business users and IT operations to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests
Manage the P&C System Support Team, providing direct support for multiple pricing and contracting solutions for all business users
Develop relationships across solution platforms, create and refine processes, educate users, communicate changes, and provide full line support
Proactively monitor key processes, interfaces, data synchronization, and application upgrades
Work directly with business analysts on system enhancements, issues, and prioritization
Collaborate with end users to ensure comprehensive support structure driving utilization and adoption across multiple solutions
