Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role involving compliance, cybersecurity, or system administration
- Proven experience managing internal and external audits, including prep, execution, and follow-up
- Hands-on experience with security tools like vulnerability scanners, MDM solutions, and endpoint protection
- Familiarity with corporate IT policies and enforcement across multiple departments and device types
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security and compliance frameworks aligned with GDPR, SOC2, and internal policies
- Lead security awareness initiatives and ensure company-wide training completion and enforcement
- Collaborate with engineering and legal to bake security into processes and infrastructure
- Manage security tools (e.g. vulnerability scanners, MDM platforms) and ensure proper configuration and usage
- Run regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans; drive remediation efforts with relevant teams
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, documenting actions and improving response playbooks
- Own access management systems (VPNs, Jira, SSO tools) and enforce least privilege principles
- Maintain and update security and compliance documentation, procedures, and audit trails
- Track and report on data usage, endpoint security, and hardware enrollment status across the organization
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes (e.g. EU AI Act) and lead the implementation of new compliance frameworks as needed
- Provide hands-on system administration support, especially around secure configurations and updates
- Act as a point of leadership within the security and compliance domain, mentoring others and driving best practices
