Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Implementation Manager in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Solid project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience creating clear documentation and technical specifications
  • Familiarity with process mapping and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Jira, Confluence)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for process discovery workshops

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage onboarding and enhancement projects for the Nimbyx/EviSmart platform
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments to align solutions with client needs
  • Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather business needs
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, product, and engineering teams
  • Recommend best practices for process optimization and system adoption
  • Support evaluation and prioritization of custom platform enhancements
