Requirements

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT operations
Strong experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and ensuring SLA adherence
Proven track record of overseeing IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion
Deep understanding of operational processes like incident management, change management, and major incident management
Experience working in global IT environments and managing remote and on-site teams

Responsibilities

Oversee the service delivery and operations of the MSP, ensuring they meet established SLAs and deliver optimal value
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the MSP, implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance requirements for IT operations and security
Run operational processes such as incident management, change management, and major incident management within the zone
Ensure robust infrastructure and security practices to safeguard company data, systems, and operations
Work closely with security teams to ensure infrastructure compliance with security policies and regulations
Oversee IT infrastructure projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
Monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities to meet business objectives
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring they are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives
Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in IT operations and security
Optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in service delivery
Act as the key point of contact for all IT operations matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with senior leadership and other business units
Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to understand and address operational needs, ensuring IT services meet business requirements
