Requirements

  • Strong expertise with MDM platforms (Rippling, Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and endpoint hardening
  • Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management (Rippling, Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD)
  • Experience deploying and managing zero-trust access solutions (Tailscale, CloudFlare, or similar)
  • Ability to build automations and workflows for compliance, provisioning, audit evidence, and reporting (e.g., Vanta, scripting, API integrations)
  • Excellent communication and ability to support users with empathy and clarity

Responsibilities

  • Lead identity and access management: implement and maintain SSO + MFA across all core apps with automated provisioning & deprovisioning
  • Own endpoint security and compliance: maintain ≥95% MDM compliance, enforce configuration baselines, manage updates, and report posture into Vanta
  • Deploy and manage zero-trust VPN/access for sensitive systems and administrative interfaces
  • Drive IT operational excellence: manage support SLA performance, hardware lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor/tool administration
  • Build and automate compliance workflows for SOC 2 readiness—vendor reviews, evidence collection, access reviews, and security awareness training coverage
