Requirements

Responsibilities

The Knowledge Manager will lead and manage the organization's IT knowledge management function, ensuring the knowledge base is up-to-date, accessible, and effectively utilized. This includes managing, organizing, and maintaining information and data for all aspects of IT Service Delivery. The role involves defining, implementing, and continuously improving the IT knowledge management strategy and processes, acting as the process owner for knowledge management, and developing the knowledge management framework. Responsibilities also include overseeing the entire knowledge article lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, relevance, and consistency in language and structure, and driving continuous innovation by staying abreast of new technologies and industry best practices.
