Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related technical field (required); Master’s degree in IT management, cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
  • Deep technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure, including servers & OS, networking, Active Directory & IAM, virtualization & storage, SaaS applications
  • Experience leading, mentoring, developing, and managing Infrastructure Engineers (I, II, III), including building relationships in person and remotely, defining team goals, managing workloads, and conducting performance reviews
  • Proven leadership skills to foster technical excellence, accountability, and inspire team confidence
  • Ability to oversee infrastructure architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, proactive monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and serve as escalation point for complex issues
  • Experience defining and maintaining infrastructure roadmaps for modernization, automation, and resilience
  • Strong project and program management skills, including requirement gathering, implementation, on-time/in-scope/budget delivery, stakeholder influence, resource allocation, milestone communication, status reporting, risk management, and cross-team collaboration
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate performance of essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using knowledge, skills, and abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, develop, and manage Infrastructure Engineers (I, II, III), fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability, defining team goals, managing workloads, conducting performance reviews, and building effective in-person/remote relationships
  • Oversee and guide architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of servers & OS, networking, Active Directory & IAM, virtualization & storage, SaaS applications
  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure proactive monitoring, automation, and capacity planning
  • Define and maintain the infrastructure roadmap for modernization, automation, and resilience
  • Lead infrastructure projects from requirement gathering through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, in scope, and within budget
  • Influence key stakeholders, define project objectives, collect resources, communicate milestones, provide status reporting, manage risks, and collaborate across teams and IT leadership
