Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, and MDM systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to support a remote, fast-paced team
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all desktop support needs across Mac and Windows devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively
- Manage device onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes through MDM (e.g., JumpCloud)
- Maintain compliance with IT security standards — including patching, endpoint protection, and asset tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and system improvements
- Document and continuously improve support processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
