Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and writing basic SQL queries
Exposure to ERP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Experience supporting test planning and execution

Responsibilities
Bridge Business & Tech: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
Fuel Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision
Champion Quality: Collaborate with QA and dev teams to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations
Analyze & Improve: Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order to Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization
Drive Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement
Document & Communicate: Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops
