Requirements
Candidates must possess a higher education degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, or related fields. They should be proficient in combining different data sources, demonstrate knowledge of programming languages such as Hadoop, SQL, and Python, and have experience with Databricks and data manipulation. Furthermore, experience in process mining and data analysis is required, along with advanced knowledge of process mining tools like Celonis (preferably) or Disco. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and teamwork abilities, are also essential.
Responsibilities
The IT Analyst I will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines and analyses using Databricks, constructing pipelines to collect data securely and at the appropriate time, collaborating with cross-functional teams to map end-to-end processes and propose data-driven solutions, monitoring and reporting KPIs related to process performance, documenting and communicating analysis results, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through advanced techniques.
