  • LEAN system or DANAHER DBS experience with demonstrated success
  • Knowledge of Funnel management, VOC, VSM, SW, PSP, 5S, Customer Segmentation, Demand Generation, Value Selling, Pricing Margin Management, Price Leakage Kaizen
  • Ability to analyze commercial capabilities, root cause, and identify LEAN growth tool improvement priorities
  • Ability to work with functions in the implementation of the LEAN roadmap
  • Superior communication skills
  • Superior training skills and adult learning theory
  • Superior consulting/influencing skills
  • Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Leverage LEAN methodology to drive supply chain SQDIC results to support business growth
  • Assist Supply Chain/function Leadership in the development of ISC China LEAN roadmap, problem solving, and build sustainable standard work
  • Identify best practices within region and share across ISC
  • Directly provide formal and informal LEAN training and coaching
  • Improve LEAN training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in LEAN tools
