Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Responsibilities

  • Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels
  • Leading negotiations and allocating needs to specific suppliers
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and transmitting information to Procurement
  • Managing claims
  • Including commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. (may also include purchasing activities)
  • Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
  • Leading design and implementation of projects (work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete with impact felt over 12 months – 2 years)
