Responsibilities

The IR Support Staff will provide comprehensive support to the IR team, including managing schedules and meetings, arranging travel and processing expenses for international business trips, and handling general office tasks like invoice processing and equipment management. Responsibilities also include supporting event operations such as venue arrangements and on-site assistance for earnings calls and investor events, liaising with vendors, and performing simple translations of English documents, drafting English emails, and data entry/summarization in Excel.
