Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage outsource testing schedules by working with internal teams and external labs, ensuring timely analysis and release of batches
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and contract laboratories, overseeing sample submissions, test panel reviews, quotes, and purchase orders
- Support quality systems and continuous improvement by authoring records (e.g., deviations, CAPAs), maintaining SOPs, and promptly reporting non-conformances
- Monitor CTL metrics including on-time delivery and quality to drive performance improvement
