Higher technical education, e.g., mechanics and machine construction, production engineering, machining and related
At least 2 years of experience in a production company in a similar area (welcome in the automotive, aviation industries, etc.)
Communicative knowledge of the English language, written and spoken - a necessary requirement
Ability to create and read executive / assembly drawings
Good knowledge of MS Office, working with the SAP system (management of technological routes, handling of notifications) - appreciated
Knowledge of production processes related to machine processing
Ability to solve problems (methodology 8D, 5WHY, etc.)
Technical knowledge of turbocharger processes and product - much appreciated
Very good organizational skills - the ability to set goals, work on several projects at the same time, and achieve the assumed results within the allotted time
Ability to work in a team, highly developed interpersonal competences
Responsibilities
Improvement of production processes in the area of machining
Implementation of new production technologies in the indicated area
Conducting projects, schedules and documentation in accordance with automotive standards in force in the company (e.g., APQP and IATF 16949)
Analysis of process data, production efficiency and obtained results
Working in interdisciplinary teams in order to develop the best production solutions (problem solving, PFMEA, SMED, quality improvement, etc.)
Conducting a comparative analysis with other BorgWarner plants
