Experience in international cooperation with customers and suppliers
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (experience in automotive industry will be an advantage)
Proven experience in CAD systems
Solid knowledge of GD&T and stack-up analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Business fluency in English (other foreign language will be an advantage)
Must be a team player with good organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Design lead and development of whole turbocharger and particular components
Leading technical discussions with customers and suppliers
Conducting appropriate technical analysis in compliance with either general rules or internal standards and best practices
Finding the best technical solutions for required production changes in scope of change management process
2D drawings and 3D models preparations in accordance with ISO norms and internal rules
Interaction with various technical centres, providing and solving technical issues
Controlling and tracking changes throughout the component life
