Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management in a production plant (experience in automotive or electronics industry preferred)
  • Higher technical education
  • Communication in English
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools
  • Ability to work in a team, analytical skills, and openness to knowledge and continuous development
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package

Responsibilities

  • Daily supervision of process and product quality
  • Solving quality problems and implementing corrective actions using various quality tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Diagram, 8D)
  • Participation in preparing quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan) and creating control instructions and their updates
  • Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing quality indicators
  • Improving the quality system to meet customer requirements and ensure the highest product quality
  • Participation in the change implementation process (opinions on changes, verification of change effectiveness)
  • Leading projects aimed at improving scrap or FTQ results
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Conducting training for production employees
