Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management in a production plant (experience in automotive or electronics industry preferred)
- Higher technical education
- Communication in English
- Practical knowledge of quality tools
- Ability to work in a team, analytical skills, and openness to knowledge and continuous development
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of process and product quality
- Solving quality problems and implementing corrective actions using various quality tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Diagram, 8D)
- Participation in preparing quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan) and creating control instructions and their updates
- Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing quality indicators
- Improving the quality system to meet customer requirements and ensure the highest product quality
- Participation in the change implementation process (opinions on changes, verification of change effectiveness)
- Leading projects aimed at improving scrap or FTQ results
- Conducting internal audits
- Conducting training for production employees
