Requirements

  • Knowledge of acceptable invoice formats by product and by client
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for editing and correcting scanned invoice output
  • Ability to use judgment to determine whether an invoice can be cleaned up or routed for outreach/return
  • Capability to meet or exceed established invoice production requirements for quality and quantity
  • Skills in troubleshooting missing invoice information and formatting issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot and suggest enhancements to e-billing products and internal processes
  • Competence in monitoring reporting tools and interacting with internal management for SLA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Log in invoices using information provided on legal invoices in compliance with designated client formats
  • Clean up invoices: edit and correct scanned output using Microsoft Word; re-format and submit charges to LNEI e-billing products
  • Troubleshoot missing invoice information (e.g., no billers, no dates, no hours) and other formatting issues
  • Perform outsourced reviews of invoices by assessing and analyzing data for compliance with client guidelines and law firm/vendor agreements
  • Meet or exceed established invoice production requirements for quality and quantity
  • Troubleshoot and provide suggestions to enhance LNEI’s e-billing products and related internal processes
  • Monitor reporting tools and interact with internal management to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs
  • Handle processing of paper invoices from receipt to creation and submission of structured data formatted versions to e-billing products
  • Other duties as assigned
