Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and have at least three years of experience in financial services. They should be eligible to obtain the FINRA Series 7 license within six months of employment and demonstrate progress towards a professional certification such as CLU, ChFC, CFA, CFP, or CPA. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn technical details of investment programs are also required.

Responsibilities

The Investment Products Senior Specialist will assist with the management of investment products, including design and implementation, promotion strategies, and day-to-day product line management to advance sales and servicing. They will be responsible for maintaining existing platforms/products, supporting implementation of new products, updating reports, and researching competitive product design. Furthermore, they will learn about product profitability, coordinate efforts with various experts, understand and demonstrate regulatory compliance, and support ongoing product evolution.
