Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 0-5 years of experience in Residential & commercial real estate operations. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of loans, bonds, loan syndication, investment strategies such as Direct Lending, Mezzanine, CLOs and Asset backed Financing, and experience in a multinational Financial Services organization and/or Private Equity. Strong communication skills, email writing skills, and the ability to manage numerous requests and tasks are also required. Familiarity with systems like Advent Geneva, ClearPar, Markit, Allvue aka Everest, and advanced Excel proficiency is preferred, along with exposure to Data Integration, Data Management, Data Accuracy and Robotics.

Responsibilities

The Investment Operations Analyst will operate independently to develop and execute procedures for tracking portfolio investments in multibillion dollar funds, working across multiple groups to troubleshoot technical and accounting problems. They will be responsible for hands-on experience with asset servicing, processing principal activities like Drawdown, Paydown, reconciling cash and positions across all funds, processing upcoming activities and contract modifications as per agent notices, ensuring deliverables meet quality, consistency, and accuracy standards, and liaising closely with global counterparts to resolve queries. The role involves improving processes, liaising with stakeholders, interacting with team members and managers from global teams, acting as a point of escalation for all queries, managing Process Metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, and demonstrating team-work orientation and collaboration, building strong relationships with colleagues, and displaying self-reliance and delivery excellence.
