Requirements

  • Ability to navigate and root cause opportunities to seek resolution
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and adapt readily to changes
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and team facilitation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and set priorities
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, sit, lift, and stand based on business needs; standing and/or sitting for extended periods up to 100% of shift or overtime
  • Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of Asurion forward stocking locations for in-home client programs
  • Support warehouse operations and administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics
  • Assist teams to ensure timely product movement, availability, and disposition according to process
  • Confirm and support all required shipping and receiving protocols
  • Monitor and update applicable software programs as needed
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by researching and performing follow-ups on discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot issues related to office management, including telephony, computers, printers, and facilities
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by department and management
  • Collaborate pro-actively across departmental boundaries
  • Operate in compliance with Federal, State, and Local authorities on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned
