Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, coordinate work flow and projects, oversee completion, and monitor team performance
- Develop short- and long-term goals and plans in consultation with superiors and subordinates
- Act as liaison between teams, shifts, departments, and internal/external customers
- Ensure accurate accounting, physical control, and security of all materials in stockrooms, issued/returned from production, and finished goods/accessories
- Supervise cycle count process in all inventory areas; provide scheduled and ad hoc inventory data reporting
- Supervise stockroom activities across all shifts, including material stocking for components/finished goods, kitting, and delivery for production
- Monitor delivery of handsets/accessories for fulfillment and processing of RMA returns to suppliers
- Accomplish supervisory/HR objectives: hiring, performance reviews, mentoring/coaching, disciplinary actions
- Develop/maintain effective organization: efficient workflows, performance standards, duty delineation, staffing levels, supervision, communication systems
- Create/modify processes with manager for new accounts/products and process improvements
- Drive team engagement and foster strong engagement culture; review Peakon scores and create action plans
- Review Tableau reports for performance metrics, follow up with leaders on opportunities
- Maintain clean, organized, safe work environment; ensure compliance with safety/environmental regulations
- Support safety committees/programs for fire prevention, disaster recovery, etc., and develop specific plans
- Serve as liaison with other organizational components to integrate services into business fulfillment
- Receive/investigate complaints, determine veracity, take corrective/disciplinary action, prepare replies
- Stay abreast of field developments via self-development, professional organizations, peers, literature; incorporate advancements when practical/cost-effective
- Direct preparation of records, recurring/special reports/analyses; review/interpret to assess goal attainment and initiate corrective actions
