Inventory Control Coordinator

Employment Type: Full time Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.56 per hour Starting Pay Rates: $17.00/hr to $18.50/hr (based on experience)

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory tasks while ensuring the Pharmacy is maintained in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.


Responsibilities

  • Purchasing and receiving of inventory.
  • Tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances.
  • Replenishment tasks, put away, and cycle counting.
  • Managing returned products according to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
  • Ensuring pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
  • Assisting in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner.
  • Providing Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensuring pack stations are stocked appropriately.
  • Monitoring and pulling short-dated or expired product from active inventory.
  • Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.

Requirements

  • 1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and/or inventory environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands: This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk, and be physical for multiple hours of the day.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.
  • Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire.
