High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age of 21 years
1+ year of experience in events industry, hospitality or related field
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
OSHA10 certified (preferred)
Ability to drive, load and unload 24' box trucks (preferred)
Experience with order pickers, lifts, forklifts (preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform event-related asset tasks: pull, restock, inspect, and clean assets; protect for transport and storage; pick-up/deliver vendor products
Tag assets based on condition, assist in repair, reposition assets based on usage, monitor inventory levels
Participate in event production, installation/tear down and loading/unloading of vehicles as needed
Operate company trucks, vans and lifts, notify management of gas and maintenance needs
Adhere to safety, security and property dock/loading procedures and policies
Ensure that venues/MREP studio is clean and orderly, tools are maintained, and equipment is properly stored after use; report loss, theft, or damage
Properly pack, unpack and check goods against orders and handle inventory to protect against damage
Accurately read and complete all required paperwork
Create a SHOW Service work environment promoting creativity, collaboration, teamwork, recognition, mutual respect
