Requirements

Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint Online Hub Sites and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., HR Bob, OneDrive, Teams, Confluence)
Understanding of data governance, access control (Principle of Least Privilege), and data security policies
Ability to analyze and evaluate tool usage/scope for content placement (SharePoint vs. AssaiDCMS, Teams, OneDrive, Confluence)
Skills in designing user-friendly, scalable, and maintainable intranets with focus on usability, findability, automation, and integration
Knowledge of system integration principles and compliance with internal guidelines

Responsibilities

Conduct inventory and scope analysis (Phase 1, approx. 3 weeks): Analyze role of SharePoint vs. other tools (AssaiDCMS, Teams, OneDrive, Confluence); determine content placement
Develop and implement a functional, user-friendly, maintainable SharePoint Online Hub Sites Intranet as central hub for internal communication, process documentation, HR info, news, policies, and manuals
Ensure Intranet compliance with Data Security Policy, data governance, access control (Principle of Least Privilege), and tool usage guidelines
Integrate Intranet with existing systems (HR Bob, OneDrive, Teams, Confluence) without duplicating content (e.g., provide links to HR Bob)
Support automation, maintenance processes, and adoption strategies
Document procedures (e.g., content placement evaluation) and create an internal procedure manual
Deliver fully operational Intranet ready for handover to department administrators, covering full project lifecycle from inventory to handover
