Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programs, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and reporting
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage associated deliverables across all phases
Collaborate with Business Development to finalize budgets and scopes of work; manage financial performance to meet realization targets
Oversee project tracking systems and ensure accurate data maintenance
Direct and support project teams to meet milestones and deliverables
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies through quality and risk management plans
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project needs
Act as a key relationship manager for clients, addressing issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with senior leadership
Participate in RFPs, feasibility assessments, and proposal presentations
Represent project management in cross-functional and client-facing committees
Manage staff in accordance with company policies, including performance management, development, and HR-related actions
