Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programs, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and reporting
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage associated deliverables across all phases
  • Collaborate with Business Development to finalize budgets and scopes of work; manage financial performance to meet realization targets
  • Oversee project tracking systems and ensure accurate data maintenance
  • Direct and support project teams to meet milestones and deliverables
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies through quality and risk management plans
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project needs
  • Act as a key relationship manager for clients, addressing issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Participate in RFPs, feasibility assessments, and proposal presentations
  • Represent project management in cross-functional and client-facing committees
  • Manage staff in accordance with company policies, including performance management, development, and HR-related actions
