Responsibilities

  • Deliver translations within deadlines to comply with client quality commitments
  • Carefully follow provided materials and instructions to create deliverables meeting client requirements
  • Research industry-specific terminology to appropriately reflect the original meaning and tone
  • Cross-reference specialized glossaries and translation tools to check translation quality
  • Proofread translated text to verify accuracy of terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Collaborate with Translations Services team to update or improve glossaries, translation memory, style guides, and other internal assets
  • Provide thorough and appropriate feedback on the quality of translations done by other language specialists or strategic partners
  • Communicate closely with the Translations Services Team as the point of contact to manage quality and deadlines related to feedback
