Responsibilities

Supports internal communications needs by coordinating, developing, writing, delivering, and maintaining content across varied departments
Leads the design of communication solutions
Provides technical support for communication channels
Craft engaging content for a variety of internal channels including newsletters, intranet, emails and social platforms, ensuring every message is clear, consistent and meaningful
Organise and facilitate internal events and crew engagement activities that foster a sense of belonging and excitement
Be a visible and approachable representative of the Corporate Communications team, building relationships and gathering feedback to continuously improve how we connect with our people
Support the rollout of innovative communications tools and platforms, helping us reach teams wherever they are and drive quality communications across the organisation
Analyse feedback and engagement metrics to measure the impact of your work and identify new opportunities to make a difference
Assist with creative initiatives and administrative tasks that keep our communications running smoothly
