Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in audit, risk management, investigations, or fraud detection
  • Proven ability to blend analytical rigor with street-level intuition
  • Background in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or casino industries is a plus
  • Comfortable running covert operations, blind audits, and handling highly sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Audit vendor and supplier dealings against contract to detect overcharging, theft, and illicit revenue skimming practices, while documenting evidence to support corrective action or termination
  • Review member accounts and transaction flows for patterns of abuse, including repeated refund requests, service credit exploitation, or coordinated attempts to take advantage of system gaps, informing product & operational roadmaps to adjust accordingly

  • Regularly perform secret bookings and covert vendor submissions to test how transactions are processed end-to-end, identifying any attempts to bypass official systems

  • Develop observability tools and real-time alerts that automatically flag suspicious behaviors, irregular payment flows, or deviations from standard approval processes
  • Maintain clear documentation of investigative methods, findings, and recommendations, ensuring leadership has actionable insights supported by evidence
  • Provide regular reporting to the Controller, with a direct communication line to the CEO for escalations that require urgent resolution or structural fixes
  • Translate investigations into product roadmap and operational changes, ensuring vulnerabilities are closed permanently rather than repeatedly patched
