Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in logistics or related field
  • 3-6 months of internship
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player
  • Independent performer, motivated, resilient, able to deal with demanding customers and deliver under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist RTM supervisor in coaching and training staff/drivers
  • Ensure all parcels are routed accordingly to drivers/riders
  • Assist Supervisor in daily tasks
  • Ensure parcel routing and Route Inbound are done according to SOP daily
  • Ensure all parcels are accounted for
  • Ensure all parcels are scanned daily
  • Ensure no parcels are left unattended after push out
  • Assist Supervisor in 5S implementation (RTM Station)
  • Assist Admin in daily checking of attendance and route drivers/riders (RTM HQ)
  • Assist CSM in verifying driver’s POD validity daily
  • Assist CSM in handling RDO
  • Collect documents for RTM Department at Warehouse
  • Other additional tasks as instructed
