Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer science preferred
Commit to work at least 3 days per week (5 days preferred), for a minimum of 6 consecutive months
Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and common software applications
Understand and able to use at least one programming language (e.g., VBA)
Experience handling confidential and politically sensitive information discreetly and appropriately
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, perform accurately under pressure and tight schedules
Strong partnering and influencing skills, ability to work with leaders at all levels and coordinate team efforts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to flexibly solve urgent or complex problems
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
Responsibilities
Summarize attendance information for personnel, verify and archive
Collect, organize, and analyze daily workforce management related data, generate reports
Cooperate with team to complete system operations in daily report generation process
Cooperate with team to complete data validation after daily report generation
Cooperate with team to complete system import of workload before scheduling
Develop new knowledge and documentation, share with team members in the organization
Participate in team discussions, propose innovative suggestions, provide intellectual support for company development
Complete various tasks assigned by superiors
Forecast workload, consolidate resource data, conduct workload analysis, and collaborate with operation leadership, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Recruiting, and other teams to identify and implement creative solutions to meet guest needs and financial goals
