  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • Skilled with digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and video editing software
  • Comfortable working with data – Experienced in using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms to analyze information and present insights in a clear, visual way
  • Familiar with AI tools such as Copilot
  • A strong communicator with a flair for storytelling and visual design
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, curious, and passionate about employee experience and internal culture
  • Fluent in French and English
  • An internship agreement from your university is required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and employee events – Help plan and run activities like onboarding weeks, Town Halls, workshops and trainings. Support with scheduling, logistics, and materials
  • Manage event logistics – Organize practical details for site visits and social events, including room setup, attendee coordination, and follow-up actions
  • Contribute ideas – Suggest new formats, tools, and approaches to improve how we connect and grow
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support capability-building and employee engagement
  • Use and improve our digital HR tools – Update and maintain platforms like SharePoint, intranet, and digital screens. Create new templates, dashboards, and content formats that enhance employee engagement whilst creating a strong sense of belonging
  • Turn data into insights – Collect and analyze feedback, participation data, and engagement metrics. Create and update monthly dashboards of people KPIs
