Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of successful hiring campaigns, including building creative searches and diverse pipelines across various hiring platforms
  • Contribute to building talent content and candidate communications
  • Assist in implementing scalable ways of hiring on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), focusing on tagging, process management, and continuous improvement for pipeline reporting
  • Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in generating and leveraging content that promotes the company's commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams
  • Help plan and execute events, training, and initiatives aimed at fostering community and networking among employees, particularly early career talent
  • Support the People Team during periods of business change and with various ad-hoc projects
  • Support office management and Workplace Operations activities, which may include managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and assisting with access passes or general office support
  • Collaborate on projects aimed at process improvements and operational efficiencies within the People function
