Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Previous work experience in a similar position in a corporate manufacturing company is advantageous
  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel, Outlook)
  • A driven and proactive personality with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Drive for process improvement and efficiency
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MRP is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SQL database, BI reports, Macros would be highly appreciated

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchase orders from creation to completion, ensuring alignment with sales and service needs
  • Update purchase order information in the ERP system accurately
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
  • Manage the process for rejected materials and coordinate repairs or replacements with suppliers
  • Help maintain and develop supplier relationships
  • Track inventory levels to prevent stock issues and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Work with production, finance, and other departments to align purchasing activities
  • Contribute to improvement and automation initiatives within the organization
  • Collaborate with a diverse team, displaying teamwork and proactive communication
  • Assist with reporting, analysis, and setting of corrective actions
  • Provide support for administrative and logistics projects
