Requirements

New graduated student with a Law Master’s Degree or a newly qualified lawyer with a Master in Business Law or equivalent
Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
Very good command of MS Office
Analytical skills
Willingness to work in a team and by objectives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Learning agility and high energy level

Responsibilities

Support in reviewing promo, marketing, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with relevant local legislation
Support in finalizing common contracts, such as confidentiality agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, and engagement letters
Support in the management of data privacy matters
Support in the management of Company Secretarial matters
Conduct case law and doctrine researches
Handle administrative activities (management of POs, invoices, official correspondence, etc.)
Interact with internal and external partners (Alcon enabling functions, business, external lawyers)
Provide compliance support to local VC/SX/enabling functions teams
Support in implementation/review of internal policies and procedures
Support in on-boarding and specific trainings to other functions
Support Supervisory Body activities (minutes finalization, information flows, researches, tracking of trainings and procedures launched/implemented)
Support Compliance Committee activities: quarterly local monitoring activities on the status of the compliance program; quarterly compliance committee meetings and updates
Support to the Regional Due Diligence Coordinator for due diligence process of local third parties, if needed
