Currently enrolled in an applicable secondary education program in a related field
Knowledge and experience with operating a computer, calculator, and other general office equipment
Professional and clear verbal communication skills
High quality writing skills, using accurate word usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all written correspondence
Regular, timely attendance during assigned work hours
Occasional lifting and transporting up to 25 lbs
Less than 40% travel

Responsibilities

Assists with the implementation of site initiatives and programs to ensure adherence to the EHS-MS, local regulations, and internal and external customer needs
Conducts research on emerging EHS topics that align with the EHS-MS or provide continuous improvement to existing EHS policies/practices
Researches EHS regulatory requirements (both globally and domestic)
Assesses emerging trends
Revises/creates documents to support the EHS-MS or as otherwise required
Delivers concise and clear responses to any inquiries or issues
Maintains a natural, personable demeanor during all interactions
Ensures a balanced approach to all tasks and responsibilities
Upholds consistency in work performance and response times
