Requirements

  • In 2nd year of a four-year degree requiring (or with option for) 3rd year as a one-year industrial placement, expected to achieve minimum 2:1 grade
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Available to commence placement at beginning of July 2026 for 13 months
  • Self-motivation to work independently, confident in resourcefulness, aware when to ask for help
  • Good time management and organizational skills, structured approach
  • Adaptable to new/evolving requirements, comfortable under tight timescales
  • Prepared to travel when necessary
  • Creativity in approaching projects, bold in asking questions
  • Degree background demonstrating business, finance, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Work day-to-day with HPE GreenLake Solution Architects, learning creation of HPE GreenLake proposals
  • Create simple solution proposals for customers in UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa
  • Amalgamate best practices and communicate to wider Business Unit
  • Lead content creation for GreenLake website, quarterly newsletter, and host regular solution update meetings
  • Work with business operations team to ensure customer orders are booked, issues escalated/resolved quickly/efficiently
  • Learn financial governance, track/report on business KPIs
  • Help lead strategic programmes (e.g., sales incentive programme ONELead)
  • Analyse business data and create management reports
