Intern at Ecolab

The position is full-time employment.

Responsibilities include rotating through internal operations, external operations, and technician positions for 6-8 months each, participating in and potentially leading process establishment and improvement projects.

After 3 years, based on performance assessment and personal preference, placement will be determined for frontline production management or process/production engineer roles.

Candidates need a junior college degree or above in a chemical-related major, good team cooperation spirit, ambition, strong learning willingness and ability, and must be able to adapt to shift work.

Strong candidates have a chemical-related degree, demonstrate good teamwork, ambition, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to shift schedules.
