Requirements

  • Currently studying for (or recently completed) a MSc in Health Economics or Economic evaluation or other relevant and related Health Economics qualification
  • Strong numeracy and quantitative skills
  • Competency using MS Excel
  • Capable of tackling loosely defined problems analytically and applying pragmatic and logical problem-solving skills
  • Communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms and in a structured way, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Be assigned a client-based dissertation project (where possible) or a thought leadership dissertation project (e.g., a literature review or an economic model)
  • Split time between the dissertation project (60%) and supporting the team on other projects (40%) to gain experience in a range of Health Economics offerings
  • Produce materials and services relating to Health Economics Outcomes Research business areas (e.g., Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions, EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA), EU Joint Scientific Consultations, local scientific advice, global value dossiers, evidence and landscape assessments, systematic literature reviews, and (network) meta-analyses)
  • Liaise with clients directly and develop client communication & presentation skills as part of a project team
  • Contribute to internal initiatives for the advancement of innovative methodological approaches
  • Work closely with a diverse range of peers, project managers, and subject matter experts in the London office and across Europe
