Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
  • Must be a Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in undergrad or a Graduate or Doctoral Student
  • Must be enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester at an accredited university/college after the completion of the internship

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Medical Affairs team in collaboration with commercial, R&D, medical communications, project management, and affiliate countries in multiple areas including advisory board planning, speaker education programs, conference preparation, publication planning, evidence generation planning, and abstracts/manuscripts/conference presentations reviewing
  • Assist in the development of global scientific messages, strategic documents, and additional medical content slide decks
  • Work collaboratively in creating and reviewing new and updated medical materials by Global Medical Affairs to ensure scientific balance and accuracy
  • Contribute with Global Medical Affairs teams to create and implement strategic tactical Global Medical Training
  • Assist with the development and execution of projects that will provide more extensive background, additional data/answers to questions in response to issues related to commercial, scientific, or data needs
  • Support Global Medical Affairs leadership on early development of a variety of projects as new business needs arise
  • Manage projects related to the review, approval, and medical oversight of Oncology Medical Affairs investigator sponsored research program
  • Manage expense budget related to Global Medical Affairs activities by tracking, preparing, and contributing to the budget and its estimates
  • Assist projects to completion, anticipating obstacles and difficulties that may arise and resolving them in a collaborative manner
  • Support oncology therapeutic areas by tracking and following-up activities/milestones through various project management tools
  • Offer innovative solutions and provide actionable insights
  • Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship
