Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques, with a willingness to learn new concepts
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar software) is preferred
- Experience with reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment and support various projects
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Researching New Energy Efficiency Measures & Technologies: Stay at the forefront of advancements in energy efficiency by identifying and analyzing emerging technologies, products, and best practices relevant to commercial and industrial settings
- Refining Equipment Specifications: Collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers to evaluate and refine specifications for lighting, HVAC, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with energy efficiency standards
- Conducting Site Visits: Participate in on-site assessments, gathering critical data, observing energy usage, and supporting the implementation of efficiency measures
- Provide cross-functional support to the engineering team through collaborative initiatives, general research, data analysis, and strategic input to help drive continuous program improvement
- Other duties as assigned
