Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable systems. Strong coding skills and the ability to write secure and performant code are essential, along with experience in full-stack development and a commitment to testable, understandable, and maintainable code.
The Intermediate Software Engineer will collaborate with a scrum team to build an industry-leading product, understand customer workflows, engage in the full feature lifecycle, participate in code review and testing, and communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will also work closely with senior engineers to refine requirements, share knowledge through various collaborative practices, and deliver value early and often to customers, utilizing AI tools to enhance development practices.
