Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field - preferred
5-7 years of supply chain/warehouse management, operations, retail fulfillment experience; 2-3 years of which should be in a leadership capacity directly managing a team
Ability to strategize, manage processes, and execute on key initiatives
Ability to build strategic partnerships with other business areas
Ability to lead, mentor, motivate and manage a large team, delegate workloads, and maintain alignment between daily operations and overall strategic direction
Advanced subject matter knowledge in warehouse operations
Confident in making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
Ability to manage large workloads and prioritize tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trust and consensus amongst a team
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members and team leaders/managers

Responsibilities

Supervise and train all Verification Center teams to optimize quality and productivity for a high growth environment
Establish team member responsibilities to meet the daily business demands and productivity targets
Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders
Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Provide reporting on daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics
Lead weekly meetings with key suppliers to review actual performance, estimate future demand and resolve operational issues
Establish and manage an operations budget
Work cross-functionally with all departments to identify, develop and execute on process improvements
Lead the team in the management of supply chain and finished goods inventory
Develop periodic performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders
Coordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain / operations activities
