Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/Chemistry Engineering
  • 3+ years of proven experience
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization ability
  • Strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP)
  • Good software skills, especially in scripting languages
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fast learner, multi-tasking, and ability to work under stress
  • Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups

Responsibilities

  • Reach high-quality product deliveries to customers by data and failure analysis
  • Improve product performance by solving multiple problems with Process/Mechanical/Hardware and Thermal teams
  • Lead high-impact Task Forces and working Groups
  • Design and improve factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)
  • Build automatic platforms to provide fast Engineering inputs
  • Drive yield improvement and fix the failure pareto
  • Manage Failure Analysis of field and production failures
  • Collaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability)
