Responsibilities

  • Intercompany invoicing/billing
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing
  • Preparation, analysis, and posting of ad-hoc Journal entries
  • Reconciliation tasks (downloading data from SAP, preparing reconciliations, confirming balances with country partners, solving discrepancies within threshold limit, determining and posting realized foreign exchange gains/losses)
  • Maintaining Month-end close reporting activities relating to Intercompany
  • Settlements and payment clearing processes
  • Audit & Tax ad-hoc requests
  • Analytical support for Controllership and Business Finance
  • Analyzing P&L Intercompany reports
  • Preparing, managing, and controlling journal entries, balance sheets, reconciliations, and other relevant accounting issues in compliance with local legislation, US GAAP standards, and the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
