Requirements

  • 7+ years in visual, graphic, or motion design with at least 2 years art-directing for digital video Ads on connected TV/OTT platforms (broadcast, streaming, or interactive content is a plus)
  • Native Japanese with business-level English proficiency is required
  • Portfolio: Dazzling portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, motion design, interactive TV, or related digital experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CTV & mobile Visual Experience: Define, design, and elevate the visual identity for InMobi across CTV & mobile platforms, shaping everything from brand systems to show formats, promo banners, and dynamic on-screen content
  • Create for Engagement: Design interactive, motion-driven assets that delight users - menus, show cards, hero banners, in-stream promos, and special events tailored for the TV & mobile screens
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams to bring campaigns, branded content, and platform features to life
  • Craft User Journeys: Develop detailed UI/UX concepts and prototypes for TV/mobile interfaces, focusing on rewarding, intuitive navigation and rich visual storytelling
  • Trend spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of CTV/OTT, mobile, entertainment, and digital design trends - applying insights to push creative boundaries
  • Quality Ownership: Oversee design output from concept to final execution, maintaining excellence in visual craft, typography, motion, and consistency
  • Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior designers and collaborate as a creative leader within the broader Glance design team
