Requirements

  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Experience as a SIGINT analyst
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and joint teams to address capability assessments for operational and strategic problem sets
  • Experience working with Combatant Commands (highly desirable)
  • Network of active contacts within the intelligence professional’s community (highly desirable)
  • Capable of processing multi-discipline intelligence to generate fused production, indications and warning, and other threat analysis
  • Experience providing advice and briefing government leadership regarding critical political, military or irregular warfare capabilities in support of operational and tactical level planning (highly desirable)
  • Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR and against a peer adversary (highly desired)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 15 years of relevant geospatial intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated relevant experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry
  • Demonstrated relevant experience using RemoteView, ArcGIS, Socet GXP
  • Demonstrated relevant experience working with large structured data sets
  • Demonstrated relevant experience reading and understanding intelligence issues, military affairs, and use GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems
  • Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing compartmented GEOINT within the past 3 years
  • Demonstrated relevant experience with statistical/mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT within the past 3 years
  • Demonstrated relevant experience working cross-IC projects within the past 3 years
  • Demonstrated relevant experience conducting data mining using IC databases, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources within the past 3 years
  • Demonstrated relevant experience working with intelligence organizations and systems, collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources, techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information within the past 3 years
